The IEPF (Uploading of information regarding unpaid and unclaimed amounts lying with companies) Rules, 2012 (IEPF Rules) is applicable to your Company.

In terms of the IEPF Rules, your Company has uploaded the requisite information, in the website of IEPF (www.iepf.gov.in & www.sundaramfinance.in), in respect of (a) unclaimed deposits and interest accrued thereon and (b) unclaimed dividends, as at July 18,2013, being the date of 60th Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Depositors/Shareholders are requested to use the information to know the status of unclaimed amounts.
